For current U of I students who would like to join a chapter, but not go through Formal Recruitment, you still have options.  We have what is called Continuous Open Recruitment (COR) for both the fraternities and sororities.  This allows you to visit the chapters that are still taking new members after formal recruitment.  You may also wait until August and participate in Formal Recruitment.
