Tutor Evaluation of Tutor Program


Directions:  Please use the following codes to respond to the statements below.

5=Excellent    4= Very Good    3=Good    2=Below Average    1=Poor

1.    With regard to general tutoring program procedures - please indicate the effectiveness of the following:

a. email notification of individual and group tutor assignments   
b. exchange of communication with students to arrange individual sessions  
c. pay sheets and procedures  
d. general email communications from coordinator to share information with all tutors
