Research has demonstrated that Lesbian gender identities impact how women are (un)seen in the workplace and in the LGBT community. These experiences of (in)visibility are related to dynamics in the workplace, in romantic relationships, and ultimately to how women see themselves. Dr. Craig will lead a discussion on the relevant research and her recent essay "Femme (In)visible or Gender-Blind?" published in Visible a femmethology (Homofactus Press, 2009).
