The "Lead Teacher and Parents Cooperatively Plan" creates an individualized schedule for each child. It is modified as the child's development and parent's desires dictate. Our caregiver-to-child ratio of 1:4, enables teachers to give individualized attention to each of the children every day. Socialization is encouraged and facilitated by teachers throough informal group activities and play. The environment is structured to provide a variety of experiences, minimize conflict, encourage exploration and meet developmental needs. The staff's primary goal is to help infants develop a sense of trust and pleasure in their relationships with caregivers and the environment.
