A head cook is part of our fulltime staff and is responsible for planning nutritionally balanced, multicultural and appetizing menus. Our meal program is supported through the USDA Child Care Food Program. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks are offered to children in each program. We use family style dining to promote relaxed and social atmosphere during mealtimes where children are free to explore new foods and develop self-help skills such as pouring, serving and cleaning up.
