American Indian Business Leaders (AIBL)
AIBL is a national organization designed to create a support system for American Indian students interested in working in business, starting their own business, or assisting with tribal economic development efforts.

American Indian Science & Engineering Society (AISES)
AISES is a national professional organization that is represented at colleges nationwide. The mission of the AISES is to promote Native Americans/Alaskan Natives into the science, engineering and technology fields. The national organization is open to all students and include many opportunities for scholarship, internship, regional conference and college chapter representation.

National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) 
The National Society of Black Engineers' "mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, suceed professionally and positively impact the community."  The UI Chapter (NSBE-Idaho) wishes to honor this mission by developing and impementing programs that advance the Northwest Inland's interest in the various engineering disciplines and increase the number of minority students studying science or engineering at UI for both the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Our members are advisors and advisees who pursue their engineering degrees with the goal of becoming leading professionals as well as meticulous scientists.  The group's email is info@nsbe-idaho.org

Native American Graduate Student Association (NAGSA)
NAGSA is for anyone student, faculty or staff that is interested in getting involved in furthering the recruitment and education of American Indians at the graduate level and working on other issues related to American Indians and their inclusion in graduate school, the graduate school faculty and staff positions.
