Student Support Services Program Evaluation
                                              

Dear SSS Student,

You can help make a difference by taking a few moments to answer the questions below. 
Your responses will help us refine our services to better serve you and future SSS students. 
All responses are anonymous.

1.  When I first came to SSS (TAAP), I received helpful information that directed me to the right services.

2.  Sometimes students at TAAP work with more than one staff member (and often times 3-4 staff members).  If this is true for you, which of the following statements best describes your general experience:
  I am very clear on each staff member's role and find the service provided by each staff member to be clearly different and benefical.
